We Stacked Dat Stacking Class
This class is made for everyone that second guesses when its time to do a stacked cake. Whether its 2 or 6 tiers, the processes that need to be done to secure the structure are pretty much universal. In this class we will start at the beginning, the foundation.
You will start with learning how to properly bake and level your layers. Then comes filling and stacking to build tiers, then the when, what ,where, how and why to securing the structure.
We will build a two tier, then transition it to a three tier. We will also discuss how to structure when using clear tiers and spacers.
